I was born in 1954 in a village in Söke.

I graduated from İzmir Maarif College in 1972. I spent my high school years listening to the Beatles and watching Yılmaz Güney movies. In 1978, I graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry. In 1979, I married Yasemin and later our daughter Hazal was born... That year I opened my first practice in Istanbul. By the end of the eighties, dental implants were becoming known as a new and reliable treatment. I took one of the most important decisions in my professional life and thus began my adventure in dentistry. I applied my first implant in 1989 and it is still in my patient's mouth. In 1991, I was certified as a “fellow” by the “International Congress of Oral Implantologists” (ICOI) and in 1993 as a “diplomat”.

In 1994, I opened Cosmodent Oral and Dental Clinic. It is a good feeling to be one of the pioneers and to realize an innovation. In this context, I pioneered the establishment of the Osseointegration Association (Implant Association) in 2001 and served as its president for the first three terms. In 2016, I was elected to the board of directors of the European Association of Osseointegration (EAO). I have been active as the responsible for advanced education programs and was elected as the President of the EAO's 2024 London Annual Scientific Congress... It makes me proud to be the first Turkish delegate to the EAO board of directors and to continue my duty here as the EAO Secretary General.

Hello, I'm Ahmet,

I was born in Istanbul. After graduating from high school in Ankara, where I went due to my father's job, I decided to become a dentist due to my curiosity in biology and my interest in hand tools. I graduated from Hacettepe University, the best Faculty of Dentistry in Turkey, in 1993. However, when it was not enough to study this department, I entered the Department of Periodontology, which had been my dream since the 3rd grade, and started to do a doctorate. You know, the department that treats bleeding gums...

After ten good years in Hacettepe, I decided to finish my academic life. I started this new page in my life by returning to Istanbul. After a short period of military service and practicing here, it was 1999 when I joined the Cosmodent family, which I have followed with appreciation since its establishment. Since then, I continue to offer you, my dear friends, modern treatment methods in the light of scientific facts under the roof of Cosmodent.

I believe in the importance of lifelong education.

I have a wonderful wife, a wonderful son and a hyperactive dog.

I am Zeynep Seda Bayülgen.

Born to a family from Balıkes, I was born in May '88. I started my school life in Cyprus and continued in Izmir. I owe my ability to adapt to innovations to my nomadic childhood. After years of art and philosophy at Izmir Atatürk High School, I entered Ege University Faculty of Dentistry and graduated in 2011.

Since my internship years, whenever I have the opportunity, I travel from mountain to mountain in Anatolia with my friends from the association and treat children who do not have access to a doctor. This special experience adds meaning to my work and makes me love my profession more. I started my professional life in a private clinic in Kuşadası and continued in a private hospital in Istanbul.

In the summer of 2013, I joined the Cosmodent family and benefited from Dr. Türker Örnekol's 40 years of experience and vision. Implants, smile aesthetics and botox are my areas of interest. I try not to miss trainings and congresses in Turkey and abroad on these subjects. Working closely with people and healing them is sometimes tiring but very enjoyable. I am excited to discover myself and the world.

Hello, I am Bertan.

I was born in 1985 in Çanakkale, the land of martyrs. After my primary, secondary and high school education there, I chose dentistry, which is my father's profession, by using my logic, although not very willingly, and I made one of the most correct decisions of my life, which I say fortunately.

In 2003, I graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry, and in 2009, I won the orthodontics specialty, which I had dreamed of since the first day I entered the school. After a challenging thesis period, I finished my academic life and started working as an orthodontic specialist.

I aim to give Cosmodent friends the most aesthetic smile they can have with their own teeth by correcting crooked teeth. I aim to provide a better and more comfortable treatment to my patients by following the developing technology since the first day.

I like doing sports, traveling and going to the movies. I am married and father of a daughter.

Melike Durukan, born in Kayseri. After completing my primary and secondary education at TED Kayseri College, I graduated from Sami Yangın Anatolian High School. I graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2015 with a degree. In 2018, I started my specialty education at Erciyes University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Restorative Dental Treatment and simultaneously received a master's degree on “Stem Cell and Research in Stem Cell Department” at Erciyes University Institute of Health Sciences.

In 2021, I successfully completed my Master's degree education. In 2022, I successfully completed my Restorative Dental Therapy specialty education after taking part in many projects. After my specialty education, I worked as a faculty member at Altınbaş University Faculty of Dentistry as of June 2022. I am also a member of the Turkish Dental Association, EDAD (Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry), RDD (Restorative Dentistry Association) and ESCD (European Society of Cosmetic Dentistry).

Hi. I am Sevil Borbay. I was born in Bulgaria in 1986. After completing my primary, secondary and high school education in Istanbul, I was accepted to Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 2005. I graduated in 2010 and started my specialization and doctorate education in Pediatric Dentistry at Selçuk University Faculty of Dentistry. I have been working as a specialist pediatric dentist since 2015. I am working in a field that I am glad I did in my life. Accompanying the healthy growth and development of my little friends and their amazing energy makes me happy. I follow scientific developments for healthier, more comfortable and safer treatments.

Hello, I’m Pelin.
I was born in Ankara. I completed my middle and high school education at Ankara Atatürk Anatolian High School, which has had a significant contribution on my life. I graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry in 2002, and after having enough of the cold climate in Ankara, I moved to Istanbul.

I love improving myself through professional trainings, congresses, and seminars, and keeping up with the latest information, which led me to take it a step further and pursue a doctoral degree. Many years after completing my master’s, I decided that education has no age limits and completed my PhD at the University of Health Sciences, Department of Endodontics.

Biomaterials, which were also the subject of my doctoral thesis, as well as regenerative treatments, are my special areas of interest.
